The organization was created in response to his personal recovery journey, during which he recognized significant gaps in psychiatric services for those seeking help. Under his direction, Med Harmony focuses on making psychological and psychiatric resources accessible throughout Texas, with an emphasis on virtual platforms to reach underserved populations. His leadership encompasses medical billing, operations management, program direction, counseling, life coaching, marketing and web design—all within the context of behavioral health.

Since 2018, Mr. Wilson has also been the founder and chief executive officer of Asic Recovery Services, a company dedicated to providing outpatient care for substance abuse and mental health issues across Texas. He identified a critical lack of primary mental health services in the state, particularly noting the absence of specific licensing for mental health providers. Through innovative solutions such as joint accreditation, he has enabled facilities to bill insurance for mental health services, thereby overcoming regulatory barriers that might otherwise limit access to care. He began his work with owning and operating the ASIC Recovery sober living home as a nationally certified recovery coach level two in 2018, providing direct support and guidance to clients navigating recovery, which later grew to be know as Asic Recovery Services including Outpatient treatment, Therapy and transitional living.

From 2020 to 2025, Mr. Wilson owned Insight Recovery Support Services, further broadening his impact within the field by offering additional avenues for support and counseling. His early professional experience includes an entry-level substance use practicum at Recovery Healthcare in 2014, which provided foundational knowledge and practical skills that informed his later work.

Before entering the behavioral health field, Mr. Wilson worked as a freelance photographer from 2008 to 2014. This creative background contributed to his holistic perspective on wellness and communication.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wilson has been actively involved in professional organizations such as the Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC), reflecting his dedication to ongoing professional development and industry standards.

Mr. Wilson's academic background includes schooling in graphic design from The Art Institute of Houston. His education fostered skills in creativity, communication and problem-solving—qualities that have proven invaluable in his leadership roles within the mental health sector. He also holds several advanced certifications that underscore his expertise: internationally certified mental health coach and nationally certified trauma coach from The Addictions Academy in 2023; certified case management, nationally certified intervention professional and nationally certified recovery coach II from The Addictions Academy in 2018; and licensed chemical dependency counselor from the Institute for Chemical Dependency Studies in 2014.

His civic engagement includes serving on the board of The Bettered, Not Broken Foundation, demonstrating a commitment to community improvement beyond his professional endeavors. Recognition for Mr. Wilson's contributions is reflected in multiple awards, including being voted number one recovery treatment center in Dallas/Fort Worth in 2023, 2024, and 2025; voted number one addiction treatment center in Fort Worth for outstanding customer satisfaction in 2025; and recipient of the CEO of the Year Award Midwest for innovation in treatment and mental health in 2025. Throughout his own journey, which has been characterized by resilience and purpose-driven leadership, he has held the belief that acknowledging fear is essential to personal growth and that trust in God can help individuals realize their potential.

Born in Houston, Mr. Wilson values time spent with family and is dedicated to supporting his two stepchildren—one active in football and another pursuing a nursing degree at the University of Oklahoma. Looking ahead, he seeks to expand services beyond Texas into under-resourced areas such as Oklahoma by adopting a holistic approach that integrates therapy and medication management to promote overall wellness.
