Prior to purchasing the company and assuming the presidency, Mr. Green served as the operations manager at Chemical Consultants from 2016 to 2023. In this capacity, he directed daily business functions, oversaw supply chain management and utilized data analytics to develop and implement new pricing strategies. His tenure as safety manager from 2010 to 2023 — which included a remarkable 11 years without a single lost time accident — further demonstrated his dedication to workplace safety and regulatory compliance as he implemented protocols that contributed to a secure working environment.

Mr. Green began his journey with Chemical Consultants as a chemical technician from 2010 to 2015. In this foundational role, he gained hands-on experience in mixing processes, laboratory procedures and product development, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and sales aspects of the business.

In addition to his work at Chemical Consultants, Mr. Green contributes further to his community as the owner and operator of Yellowstone Vending, LLC, which provides state-of-the-art vending machines with traditional food and drink options throughout Gillette and the State of Wyoming. Concurrently, he was a success coach and location liaison for Naturals2Go Healthy Vending from 2021 to 2024, during which he supported new entrepreneurs in establishing their own vending businesses.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Green worked as a generator technician at Generators of Gillette from 2008 to 2009. As he developed technical skills and deepened his appreciation for mechanical systems, he made an instant impact on the company's operations by reducing the failure rate of engines and parts by 13%.

Outside of his primary roles, Mr. Green has been committed to industry advancement and community service for many years. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and served on its board of directors as program co-chair from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, he held the role of chairman for the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce — a nonprofit organization through which he advocated for small businesses — from 2021 to 2024.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Mr. Green is halfway through a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurship degree. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in international management from Columbia Southern University, graduating summa cum laude in 2019. He also earned an Associate of Science in business from the same institution. Recognized for his impact outside the classroom as well, he was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success and a member of the Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Society.

To augment his knowledge and qualifications, Mr. Green holds a commercial driver license with hazardous materials endorsement from the State of Wyoming — valid through 2029 — as well as an oil and gas specialist certificate from Red Rocks Community College. Furthermore, he is certified as an open-water diver by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Along with his diverse education, he attributes his success in the energy sector to grit, hard work and the support of mentors who believed in his potential and provided him with invaluable opportunities for growth.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Green is deeply involved in helping others through civic activities. He has served as an educator for the Master Gardener program — where he educates the community on best landscaping and gardening practices as well as disease identification — since 2018 and as the director of a prison ministry since 2009. From 2010 to 2017, he was president of a condominium owners association and remains active in tithing within his congregation.

Happily married for 15 years and a proud father of three children, Mr. Green enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, camping and spending quality time with his family as a balance to his professional and civic endeavors.
