Earlier, Mr. Feith was the president of Compu-Tech in Howell, New Jersey, from 1988 to 1996, an early venture that laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial acumen and mastery of data-driven business systems. He began his professional journey as a Sales Associate and later as a retail store manager at various computer and software stores, including Microdynamics Int'l, Computerland, Software Etc., and CompuAdd, from 1984 to 1988, gaining foundational skills in customer service, communication and team collaboration that would later inform his leadership philosophy.
Throughout his career, Mr. Feith has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and industry engagement. He is a member of several organizations, including the Social Enterprise Alliance since 2021, the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits since 2019, B Local Illinois since 2020 and People & Planet First, where his agency holds a Verified Social Enterprise designation. Mr. Feith's academic background includes an Associate of Arts degree in commercial music composition from Brookdale Community College in 1987.
