Mr. Medina attributes these accomplishments to his dedicated team, many of whom have remained with him for many years. In addition to his current responsibilities, Mr. Medina exceled as a operator at Chevrolet of Mandan and Subaru of Mandan from 2023 to 2024. During this period, he contributed to operational improvements and sales growth at both locations before focusing exclusively on his Colorado dealerships.

Prior to reaching his partnership roles, Mr. Medina served as the general sales manager at Medved Autoplex, which provides automotive services for major brands such as Kia, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, CDJR, and Ford. His earlier experience includes five years as a sales manager at Weld County Garage Buick GMC in Greeley, Colorado, where he began developing his management style and commitment to empowering employees.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, Mr. Medina pursued higher education and completed coursework in political science and government at the University of Northern Colorado in 2016. Mr. Medina's entry into the automotive field was serendipitous; while still in high school, he began by making appointment calls at a dealership due to age restrictions on working in car sales in Colorado. His career advanced rapidly as he moved to Medved Autoplex, earning multiple promotions before being offered an opportunity to become general manager at 25 years old amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Within three months, he became a partner and gradually increased his investment portfolio by acquiring additional stores — including bringing Ford in February of 2021.

Throughout his career, Mr. Medina has been recognized with numerous accolades for excellence in automotive retailing, including being named an Automotive News 40 Under 40 honoree in 2023 at 29 years old. Further underscoring his commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement, he received the Mark of Excellence Award from General Motors and was presented with the Subaru Love Promise Award from Subaru of America.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Medina is committed to supporting local events that benefit his community, such as The Star Lighting and summer concerts as well as sponsoring rodeos and fairs throughout Douglas County.
