Before starting her entrepreneurial ventures, Ms. White built a notable career in physical therapy and rehabilitation services. From 2016 to 2025, she served as the facility rehabilitation director at Beachwood Post Acute, a 240-bed subacute hospital in Santa Monica, California, where she oversaw rehabilitation operations before retiring to dedicate herself fully to her businesses. Her earlier roles included director of rehabilitation services at Fireside Convalescent Hospital (now Fireside Health Care Center) from 2012 to 2016 and at Seaport 17th Care Center from 2010 to 2012.

Highly educated, Ms. White earned a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Rio Grande in 1997 and a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Cincinnati in 2001.
