At Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, she was among the first to introduce respiratory therapy services, ensuring patients received compassionate support and maintained dignity during end-of-life care. Her innovative approach and dedication were recognized in the American Association for Respiratory Care magazine, which highlighted her commitment to advancing patient comfort in hospice environments.

From 1992 to 2010, Ms. Blankenhorn operated the Blankenhorn Group Home, where she provided essential care and oversight for residents. Her leadership in this role demonstrated her ability to manage complex needs and foster supportive living environments, further reflecting her passion for helping others achieve a better quality of life.

Transitioning to administrative work, Ms. Blankenhorn served as an office administrator at AIDS Healthcare Foundation from 2011 to 2016. In this capacity, she managed office operations and supported organizational initiatives to improve health outcomes for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Her experience in healthcare administration strengthened her organizational skills and deepened her understanding of patient advocacy.

Ms. Blankenhorn then entered the insurance industry as an insurance agent with State Farm from 2016 to 2018. She assisted clients with selecting appropriate coverage options and navigating claims processes, demonstrating her commitment to customer service and problem-solving.

In 2018, Ms. Blankenhorn joined Charter Communications as an internet/voice agent, providing technical support and guidance to customers on internet and voice services. Her expertise led to her advancement within the company in 2022. Ms. Blankenhorn served as a corporate charter escalation specialist, while continuing to strive for service excellence, she joined offline customer support in June of 2025 and remain dedicated to striving for service excellence with every customer she comes in contact with.

Since 2022, Ms. Blankenhorn has also served as a corporate charter escalation specialist at Charter Communications. In this role, she manages escalations involving regulatory agencies and reports critical issues to upper management for resolution. Her ability to solve intricate problems that others cannot resolve has distinguished her as a valuable asset within the organization.

Throughout her tenure at Charter Communications, Ms. Blankenhorn has been recognized for her excellence in customer service, having been inducted into the Charter Champions Appreciation Club in both 2019 and 2020.

Ms. Blankenhorn is an active member of the National Society for Leadership and Success and the Society for Human Resource Management, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and leadership in her field.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in human resource management at Southern New Hampshire University. The knowledge gained through these programs has informed her approach to human resources and customer support roles.
