Before founding Virtulead Consulting, Ms. Bosman worked in the mortgage industry. From 2022 to 2024, she served as the senior director of risk operations at National MI, where her tenure also included roles as director of contract underwriting from 2015 to 2023 and manager of delegated underwriting from 2013 to 2015. As an assistant vice president and loan review team lead at Bank of America from 2011 to 2013, she oversaw mortgage insurance claims.

Ms. Bosman's earlier career includes significant roles as an appeals and recourse specialist for Genworth MI under Headway Workforce Solutions from 2009 to 2011. Her foundational years were spent at Genworth US Mortgage Insurance, where she excelled as an account manager from 2004 to 2005 and as an underwriting team lead from 2002 to 2003. She began her career in the mortgage industry in 1997, gaining extensive experience over 25 years before transitioning into leadership consulting.

Ms. Bosman began her academic journey with coursework at Marquette University before transferring to the College of Saint Benedict. She completed her Bachelor of Science in business and management at the University of Redlands and later earned a Master of Science in organizational leadership from the same institution in 2021.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Bosman is actively involved in civic activities. She has been an event leader for the St. Cloud Fourth of July Fireworks since 2022 and has served as a mentor for Bennies in Business at the College of Saint Benedict since 2024.

Ms. Bosman's most notable achievement is her extensive list of awards. National MI recognized her commitment to excellence with the Vendor Wrangler Award in 2023, the Collaboration Leader of the Year award in 2020, the Pinnacle Award in 2018 and the Customer First award in 2016. At Genworth, she was honored with a Summit Award in 2003 and a Visionary Award in 2002.

Ms. Bosman attributes her success to one of her professors, who inspired her significantly. Additionally, she believes treating everyone with respect and recognizing that each person has their own unique purpose has been key to her accomplishments. In her leadership program, she emphasizes that success is not achieved alone; people need to work together and collaborate to reach their goals.

On a personal note, Ms. Bosman enjoys gardening and spending time in nature, especially by the water. Looking ahead, she aims to develop as many leaders as possible through her programs, ensuring they have the support needed to succeed without having to navigate challenges alone.
