As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Currently serving as an avengers crewmember with the Florida Army National Guard, Mr. Arnold has led a distinguished career marked by over a decade of dedication and expertise in air defense. For eight years, he has managed tactical, maintenance and transport teams, ensuring the protection of both domestic and international interests from enemy air threats such as planes, unmanned aerial systems and missiles. His commitment to excellence is underscored by his recognition as an expert in logistics coordination, tactical operations and safety compliance, a testament to his technical proficiency and leadership.

Among Mr. Arnold's most significant achievements to date is his receipt of the Meritorious Service Medal for his recent deployment, an honor equivalent to the Bronze Star Medal. This accolade stands as a highlight of his military service and reflects his exceptional contributions to both mission success and national security.

In addition to his primary responsibilities with the Florida Army National Guard, Mr. Arnold has held several key positions within the United States Army. Since 2017, he has served as an avengers crew section sergeant, where he supervises a 12-member team specializing in around-the-clock support for high-security missions and conducts training and performance evaluations.

From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Arnold was assigned as an administrative noncommissioned officer, overseeing critical support functions such as leave requests, casualty reports and reassignments throughout the Army. Earlier in his military tenure, he operated as a concrete and asphalt equipment operator for nearly four years. Gaining valuable experience in managing heavy equipment, he was pivotal in the completion of construction projects for various sidewalks, buildings and culverts.

Over the course of his miliary journey, Mr. Arnold has been recognized with numerous accolades for outstanding leadership, community service and exemplary conduct, including the Joint Service Commendation Medal, an Army Achievement Medal, the Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, the Army Superior Unit Award and the Army Good Conduct Medal. For his contributions to defense efforts in both the United States and overseas missions, he was presented with the National Defense Service Medal, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Humanitarian Service Medal — all testaments to his ongoing impact in serving his country and the safety of others around the world.

Parallel to his military service, Mr. Arnold has carved a diverse civilian career. In 2025, he began working as a security guard with GardaWorld in Deltona, Florida, where he applies his leadership, security expertise and vigilance in safeguarding clients and property sites. Prior to that, he spent four years as an overnight stocker at BJ's Wholesale Club, where he maintained inventory accuracy and oversaw the loading and unloading of critical shipments.

Mr. Arnold's multidisciplinary experience also includes serving as a packer at Southern Homebrew Beer & Wine Supply from 2017 to 2020, during which he supported logistics and order fulfillment operations while ensuring compliance with safety and packing regulations. He gained valuable early management experience as an assistant manager at Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins, where he developed many of the skills in team supervision and inventory management that continue to serve him today.

Also lending his knowledge and leadership acumen to the educational realm, Mr. Arnold dedicated six years as an assistant basketball coach at New Smyrna Beach High School, where he mentored student-athletes, fostered teamwork and specialized in formulating defensive strategies from 2013 to 2019.

Mr. Arnold's academic background includes a vocational certificate in criminal justice with a focus on law enforcement administration from Seminole State College of Florida, which he earned in 2018. To augment his professional qualifications, he was certified as an armed security officer in 2025 and an unarmed security officer in 2021, both by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Arnold attributes his success to dedication, discipline and consistency — qualities that have shaped his approach to both military and civilian roles and drive his continued desire to expand his horizons.

In the coming years, Mr. Arnold aims to advance within the military by becoming a warrant officer while eventually transitioning into a civilian role that affords him greater autonomy over his time and choices. His exemplary leadership in serving his country and future goals alike reflect his longstanding legacy of helping individuals, families, colleagues and society at large through every role he undertakes.
