Ms. Gomez's earlier experience includes serving as a project manager at US Signs from 2011 to 2012 and as a project manager at ASI Signage Innovations in 2010. Previously, she held a decade-long tenure as a project manager at Chandler Signs from 2000 to 2010. At Chandler Signs, Ms. Gomez earned both the milestone and sales award as well as the project management award in recognition of her outstanding performance. During this period, she achieved a career-defining milestone by leading a $10 million sign conversion project for Rite Aid, successfully completing it in just eight months from contract initiation to final delivery.

Before entering the sign industry, Ms. Gomez gained valuable experience as an office manager for a custom home builder in Arizona from 1995 to 2000. In this role, she managed daily operations and communications with homeowners, laying the foundation for her future success in project management.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Gomez worked with West Corps Partners, where she managed Lynch Baseball, LLC, a venture associated with the Arizona Diamondbacks. She also held roles at Ramada Hotels and worked in human resources, building a diverse background that enriched her professional capabilities.

Committed to her profession, Ms. Gomez is an active member of several industry organizations. These include the International Sign Association, the Texas Sign Association and the Arizona Sign Association, where she engages with industry peers and contributes to advancing best practices within the field. Among numerous accolades throughout her career, Ms. Gomez was named Project Manager of the Year by Atlas Signs in 2021, an honor that underscores her leadership within the field.
