Mr. Kunz currently serves as Project Manager for Service and Repair operations on the East Coast for Nelson-Jameson Inc., a role he began in 2025. In this capacity: he manages customer relations, coordinates valve rebuilds and inspections, audits equipment within factories and facilities, offers services for valve, heat exchanger, pump and process-related repairs, and oversees both part-time laborers and full-time technicians to ensure successful project execution. He collaborates closely with Project Managers from the West and Mid-Nation regions to complete nationwide projects, traveling to various locations across the United States to perform specialized service work as needed. He considers this position his most significant professional achievement, viewing it as the culmination of his career journey thus far. His reputation within the manufacturing industry led to his recruitment for this role, where he now shares his expertise while continuing to expand his own knowledge.

Prior to joining Nelson-Jameson Inc., Mr. Kunz held several key positions at Chobani over a period of approximately 10 years. From 2024 to 2025, he served as a Computer Maintenance Management System(CMMS) Administrator, overseeing critical administrative functions that supported company-wide operations from Chobani's New York facility in South Edmeston. Between 2021 and 2024, he was the Chobani Shutdown Planner, Operations Management Collaborator(OMC) and the Processing Maintenance Planner and Scheduler, responsible for ensuring efficiency and effective maintenance throughout the Chobani plant in Twin Falls Idaho. He transitioned into Maintenance after gaining a great deal of manufacturing experience in production leadership working for Chobani Operations. From 2017 to 2021, he worked as a Production Lead, where he played an instrumental role in improving operational systems and processes across the organization. His tenure at Chobani was marked by a steady progression through roles of increasing responsibility, reflecting his commitment to operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kunz was the Supervisor and Lead at Elwood Staffing Services Inc. from 2016 to 2017. In this position, he developed foundational skills in team leadership and workforce management. Before that, he served as Supervisor at Hatfield Manufacturing Inc. Wendell Idaho from 2015 to 2016, where he gained firsthand experience in the dairy industry—specifically in dairy stanchion manufacturing, dairy products & dairy manufacturing—which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of dairy processing from milk procurement to product manufacturing.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Kunz has established himself as an expert in reliability and maintenance. He is recognized for his ability to manage equipment, execute large-scale complex projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality products within the manufacturing sector.

Mr. Kunz's academic background has been integral to his success. He earned a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Business Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2024. In 2021, he completed a Bachelors degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, minoring in Business Administration and Leadership at Boise State University. He also holds an Associate of Arts in liberal arts and sciences from College of Southern Idaho, awarded in 2018. Mr. Kunz is continually seeking to increase his knowledge and understanding through academics and other avenues of learning.

Mr. Kunz's commitment to professional development is further demonstrated by several industry certifications, such as: Reliability & Maintenance Implementation Certificate(RMIC) from Eruditio through Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee in 2021, and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional(CMRP) from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals(SMRP) in 2023. He is currently a member of the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals since 2023.

Mr. Kunz is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success(Delta Psi Omega) since 2017, reflecting his dedication to ongoing learning and leadership within his field. He also held the Presidency and the Vice Presidency for The National Society of Leadership and Success Idaho Chapter between 2017 and 2019. His leadership abilities have been recognized with honors including the National Engaged Leader Award from Delta Psi Omega.

Beyond his professional and academic responsibilities, Mr. Kunz has contributed to civic organizations such as Sleep in Heavenly Peace, where he served as a Delivery Lead for Magic Valley Idaho from 2018 to 2020. Where he would organize and deliver beds to children who needed a place to sleep. Mr. Kunz enjoys serving others, ever since he achieved his Eagle Scout Award(2007) by organizing and executing a blood drive, as well as a toy building project for donation to third-world countries. Since then he has served in leadership capacities in his church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, as a Ward Mission Leader(2016-2020) and Ward Executive Secretary(2019).

Outside of work, Mr. Kunz enjoys playing hockey, hiking, swimming, hunting, fishing, camping, trapping, exploring, boating, playing the saxophone and spending time with family. He remains deeply connected to his roots in Idaho, where his mother, two sisters and brother reside. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his family and close friends, both are his source of motivation in every part of his life.
