Prior to these business endeavors, Mr. Ascolese built a substantial foundation at Verizon. He served as a senior staff consultant from 2008 until 2010, following his role as a local area manager between 2005 and 2008. He began his career at the company in 1989 as a facilities technician, a position he held for 16 years. Throughout his tenure at Verizon, he refined his technical skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.

Mr. Ascolese's educational background includes earning a diploma from Dumont High School in 1987. Reflecting on his journey, he credits much of his professional success to the unwavering support of his wife Laura, who has been by his side since 1988 and has played an integral role in his achievements.
