Prior to her current position, Mrs. Wade served as team lead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from 2015 to 2024. During her tenure, she was responsible for guiding teams through complex operational challenges, implementing process improvements and fostering a culture of excellence. Her contributions were recognized by hospital leadership, including a recommendation letter from the director that highlighted her strengths and impact on the organization.

From 2011 to 2013, Mrs. Wade held the position of operations lead at Accretive Health, now known as R1 RCM Inc. In this role, she managed critical aspects of revenue cycle operations, developed best practices for accounts receivable management and contributed to the company's growth during a period of significant industry change.

Mrs. Wade's commitment to professional development is evident through her active involvement in several industry organizations. She serves as an advisory board member for the College of Business and Management at Colorado Technical University, beginning in 2024 after a competitive selection process. Additionally, she has been a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics since 2019 and the Health Care Compliance Association since 2018. Her leadership was further demonstrated as vice president of the Chicago local chapter of AAPC from 2024 to 2025. Notably, during her first year in this role, she was honored with the Officer of the Year certificate, an accolade awarded to only one officer among 500 chapters nationwide, underscoring her exceptional contributions to the field.

Her academic journey has been marked by outstanding achievement and recognition. Mrs. Wade is set to graduate with a master's degree in entrepreneurship from Colorado Technical University in December 2025, maintaining a 3.85 grade point average in her final class. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in general studies from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs in 2024, graduating summa cum laude with a 3.97 grade point average. Her academic excellence led to induction into both the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society for Business.

Mrs. Wade's professional credentials include a foundation of leadership certificate from the National Society of Leadership and Success, awarded in 2024, and certification as a certified professional compliance officer through AAPC since 2017. These qualifications have been instrumental in advancing her career and establishing her as an expert in accounts receivable management.

Mrs. Wade's drive to achieve more has been central to her success. Despite becoming a mother at 17, she remained determined to pursue her goals, leveraging networking opportunities and mentorships throughout her journey. She believes that finding and following one's passion will fuel purpose and a sense of peace.

Born in Chicago, Mrs. Wade values family above all else and enjoys spending time with her three children and seven grandchildren. Her personal interests include reading, candle making, mountain hiking and spending time in nature.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Wade is focused on expanding her ventures alongside her husband following their first property acquisition in 2023. Their shared vision includes entering the real estate market with an emphasis on commercial properties that can support community initiatives such as those led by the Touch Foundation. She actively assists her husband's nonprofit organization, The Better Way, which addresses mental and behavioral health issues among youth in underserved urban areas by providing education, sports programs and mental health resources.

Additionally, Mrs. Wade is considering a shift into Elite Revenue Recovery by taking on clients full-time within revenue cycle management for hospitals and physicians, a move that would allow her to further leverage her expertise while continuing to make meaningful contributions to health care administration and community well-being.
