From 2013 to 2023, Mr. Boye served as digital advisor at Microsoft, where he guided organizations through complex digital transformations. He was particularly effective in helping companies transition to the cloud, exit data centers and rationalize information technology (IT) portfolios — initiatives that resulted in substantial cost savings and improved service delivery across the banking, telecommunications and energy industries. His ability to distill complex information into actionable strategies has been a hallmark of his advisory work.

Mr. Boye held the position of architect at Microsoft for four years early in his tenure with Microsoft, during which he contributed to the design and implementation of advanced technology solutions for enterprise clients. His technical acumen was further demonstrated during his tenure as vice president of technology at SourceCheck, a data services firm where he oversaw product management and innovation from 2004 to 2008.

From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Boye was vice president of technology at Enterprise Financial Group (EFG) Companies, leading product development initiatives and supporting business growth through technology-driven solutions. Prior to this, he directed product development at SecureUS from 2000 to 2003, during which he spearheaded teams that were responsible for delivering state-of-the-art secure phone systems and other security products for the correctional industry.

Mr. Boye's earlier experience includes serving as an architect at LexisNexis, where he contributed to the development of legal information systems to help clients improve their productivity by making electronic filings with the courts possible. As a developer at Travelocity from 1998 to 1999 and at Verizon from 1996 to 1998, he gained foundational experience in software engineering and telecommunications during the formative years of the Internet's global expansion.

Throughout his career, Mr. Boye has demonstrated remarkable versatility across multiple industries and geographies, working in both Western Europe and the United States as the technology realm continues to evolve. He is recognized as an expert in digital transformation and holds a patent in biometric voice authentication — a testament to his innovative contributions.

Before venturing onto his professional path, Mr. Boye pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering with a minor in mathematics from the University of Utah in 1995. Two years earlier, he completed coursework in electrical and electronics engineering at Oslo and Akershus University College in Norway in 1993.

To expand his knowledge and ability to serve clients globally, Mr. Boye has been certified by Microsoft as a connected communities subject matter expert, worldwide communities subject matter expert and in architecting Microsoft Azure solutions. Additionally, he is certified in sustainability leadership by the University of Cambridge and as a change practitioner by Prosci, underscoring his dedication to continuous learning and growth.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Boye attributes his success to his analytical abilities and talent for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. His early interest in technology led him from implementation roles into management consulting, where he advised organizations on leveraging digital technologies effectively. As he continues to expand his horizons, his career has evolved alongside the technology industry as he now helps companies navigate the challenges of utilizing artificial intelligence.
