Before launching Nabeel Group of Companies Inc., Mr. Memon became the owner of NS Business in 2003. Through this venture, he began his industry journey by leasing stores before transitioning to ownership, steadily building expertise in site development and business operations. His ability to pivot in response to market demands and manage adversity has been central to his professional success. Mr. Nabeel Memon was appointed in 2023 as a board member of the Georgia Department of Labor where he is committed to public service.

Mr. Memon credits much of his early success to the guidance and support of mentors Marvin Hewatt and Jeff Russell, who believed in his vision and helped him secure his first gas station at the age of 18.

Mr. Memon's civic involvement extends to organizations such as the Glitter of Hope Foundation, reflecting a dedication to charitable causes and community support beyond his professional obligations. Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, the nonprofit foundation is devoted to addressing the basic needs of orphan children rescued from refugee camps in Africa and Asia and brought into the US as refugees.

Immigrating to the U.S. at age 15, he was inspired by the example set by his father and grandfather, both accomplished businessmen. This foundation fostered resilience, ambition and a strong work ethic that have guided him throughout his career.
