Mr. Forrest's background in High-Pressure Processing technology, food service operations, and business startups has positioned him as a leader in his field. Prior to his current role, he was the Vice President of Information Systems at Village Juice & Kitchen from 2021 to 2023. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in implementing advanced technological solutions that streamlined operations and improved efficiency for the company. His work with enterprise resource planning systems during this period deepened his interest in High-Pressure Processing technology, which would later become central to his entrepreneurial pursuits.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Forrest served as General Manager for Style Crest, Inc. in the Mid-Atlantic region. He successfully led two sales teams and managed a 100,000 square foot facility, increasing revenue by 40 percent during his tenure. Despite these achievements, organizational expectations led to a mutual decision to part ways. This experience was particularly significant for him as it followed the closure of his fourth-generation family business, EG Forrest Food Service Distributors, after its acquisition by Merchants Food Service in 2016. The closure marked an emotional turning point and the end of a longstanding family legacy. Due to a non-compete clause that restricted him from working in the food industry for four years, he demonstrated resilience by excelling in a new sector before returning to his roots.

In 2018 and 2019, Mr. Forrest contributed as a Supply Chain, Logistics, and Purchasing Manager at Village Juice Company in North Carolina. He was responsible for optimizing procurement processes and ensuring seamless supply chain operations that supported the company's growth.

Mr. Forrest's earlier career includes serving as a District Sales Manager at Merchants Food Service from 2016 to 2017, where he managed regional sales strategies following the acquisition of his family's business. From 2010 to 2016, he held the position of Vice President of Operations and Procurement at EG Forrest Company, leading operational improvements and procurement initiatives that enhanced company performance.

Between 2006 and 2010, Mr. Forrest worked as a Senior Buyer at EG Forrest Company, leveraging his analytical skills to secure advantageous supplier agreements and manage inventory effectively. His tenure as a buyer from 2004 to 2006 further developed his background in sourcing and vendor relations.

Mr. Forrest began his professional journey with EG Forrest Company in Marketing from 2003 to 2004 and as a District Sales Representative from 2002 to 2003, gaining foundational experience in customer engagement and market development.

Growing up immersed in a fourth-generation food service distribution family inspired Mr. Forrest's initial involvement in the industry.
