Krowne's journey into this work wasn't strategic. It was personal. After experiencing addiction and homelessness firsthand, he channeled that lived experience into Faebl Studios, which he co-founded in 2019. The digital marketing agency, now the industry leader, was built specifically to serve addiction treatment centers, developing strategies that meet people in crisis with exactly the right message at exactly the right moment. Under Krowne's leadership, Faebl rejected the predatory tactics that had plagued the industry and pioneered an approach rooted in empathy, precision, and an almost obsessive focus on actually getting people into treatment.

In 2024, Krowne launched Pivotal OS, a comprehensive platform designed to optimize rehab client acquisition and admissions processes. And in 2025, he founded Recovery Leaders Network, an organization building community and professional infrastructure for treatment industry leaders committed to expanding access to care.

The three companies function as an ecosystem, each addressing a different piece of the same puzzle: getting more people into treatment and ensuring they're served well when they arrive.

Krowne's commitment to service extends beyond his companies.
