Her achievements earned her J&J's Burke Award and Innovation Award, reaffirming her ability to lead with creativity and discipline.

Her professional foundation began much earlier, shaped by her formative years working in her father's construction company in the Middle East. Immersed in one of the world's most demanding engineering and building environments, she developed deep technical competence, resilience, and confidence.

"I grew up watching my father solve problems with integrity and purpose," she reflects. "Much of who I am as a leader comes from the values he instilled in me—work hard, stay humble, and build something that matters."

Her academic achievements mirror her professional drive: she holds two MBA degrees, one from Rutgers University in Pharmaceutical Management & Marketing and another from Carleton University in Ottawa.

Her transition from healthcare to real estate was inspired by a lifelong passion for design, investment, and the built environment, as well as a desire to carry forward the engineering legacy she grew up with. She credits her husband's unwavering support with encouraging her to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

"He reminded me that purpose is worth pursuing," she notes. "That gave me the courage to build something of my own."

Ms. Fard is equally dedicated to her community. She volunteers with local schools, museums, and neighborhood organizations, and supports educational initiatives for underprivileged children overseas. Her civic engagement reflects the same values that guide her development work: opportunity, dignity, and community.

Looking ahead, Ms. Fard believes the future of real estate lies in sustainable, human-centered development—spaces that support well-being, community connection, energy efficiency, and long-term environmental responsibility.

Outside of work, she spends cherished time with her family and enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.
