Possessing four decades of professional excellence, Mr. Glaser is highly regarded for his expertise in biomedical products and innovative approach to biotechnological applications. To this end, Mr. Glaser invented a product with such capabilities and, subsequently, applied his expertise to cement, experimenting with methods to color cement while providing sun protection. Remarkably, Mr. Glaser's invention was highly successful, allowing colored cement to withstand sun exposure.

While working for other companies, Mr. Glaser developed the idea of Silentium to alleviate his personal struggles with sleep deprivation. He noted that his vocational history of building and running a multi-million-dollar company with over 150 employees often resulted in sleepless nights. As the driving force behind Silentium, he discovered the formula helped him sleep more soundly compared to other sleep aids and had the supplemental benefit of reducing snoring.

Drawing upon an Executive Master of Business Administration in polymer chemistry, which he earned from Harvard Business School in 2002, Mr. Glaser also served with the United States Air Force between 1978 and 1982.
