JAMAICA, NY, December 11, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Leontine Narcisse-Ogera, MD, PhD, senior vice president of scientific services for eNOVA, was selected by Marquis Who's Who for a prominent feature in the April 2025 New York City regional issue of Forbes magazine.

Drawing upon more than 14 years of professional experience, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera is well-regarded for her expertise in surgery, patient care and health care administration. Since 2022, she has served as the senior vice president of scientific services at eNOVA (acquired by IQVIA in 2023), a medical communications company that utilizes technology to engage and connect health care professionals with stakeholders. As a member of the executive team, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera ensures that the organization remains on the cutting edge in health care and patient care and sits at the helm of the scientific department. Likewise, she oversees the professional development of employees and acts as a liaison as eNOVA has transitioned into the IQVIA family.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera was the executive director of scientific communications at Vaniam Group from 2020 to 2022 and the senior scientific director and team lead at Alligent Group (part of the Envision Pharma Group) from 2018 to 2020. Prior, she worked extensively for ProHealth, an IPG Health Company, between 2013 and 2018, including in roles such as medical director, senior medical director, medical strategy director and vice president. Likewise, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera served as an associate medical director at ClinicalMind from 2012 to 2013. She commenced her career in 2010 with Health Science Communications, serving as an assistant and then associate medical director.

Dr. Narcisse-Ogera's vocational background is unique. First practicing as a clinician and then a pharmaceutical company consultant, she has thrived as an individual witnessing both ends of the health care spectrum, from the patient to physician perspective. Emphasizing that numerous physicians are hindered by the present health care system that blocks connection to their patients, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera has sought to bridge the gap between patients and their providers, including patients as integral decision-makers in their own care. Moreover, she exhibits great passion for her work, evident in her patient-centric approach to business.

Looking forward, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera endeavors to play a crucial role in establishing the medical communications function at IQVIA and implementing effective guidelines and collaborative practices. In accounting for her success, she credits her comprehensive experience as a surgeon, scientific scholar and patient.

EDUCATION HIGHLIGHTS
Dr. Narcisse-Ogera is highly educated, first receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Latin and pre-med from Columbia University. From there, she attained a Doctor of Medicine and a Doctor of Philosophy in neuropathology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Subsequently, she participated in a surgical residency at New York Methodist Hospital and a fellowship in surgical critical care at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Narcisse-Ogera explains that receiving her dual MD/PhD degrees was one of the highlights of her career, overcoming much struggle – especially as a woman of color – to earn her degrees.
