PHOENIX, AZ, December 12, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William "Jack" Evans Jr., CPP, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Hailing from more than four decades of experience, Mr. Evans has established an outstanding record of leadership and innovation across the military, aviation and business sectors. In his current capacity as the chief executive officer of Corporate Capture, his third successful new-start, he leverages his expertise as an FAA certified drone pilot and as a Certified Professional Photographer to support construction companies and businesses throughout Arizona. His company provides quality aerial photography and video and professional photography on location and in their Phoenix studio. His efforts provide clients with comprehensive visual updates, thus enhancing project transparency, communication and safety. The studio supports companies all over the country including Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
Since 2015, Mr. Evans has also served as chairman of Jack Holding Inc., where he has overseen strategic initiatives and provided executive guidance. From 2018 to 2023, he was the chief executive officer of MaintenanceBest.com LLC, an employment services firm where he directed operations and drove growth in maintenance and mechanics facilities. Initially starting with one location in Arizona, he guided the company's expansion to include operations in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky and Arkansas as well.
A pivotal chapter in Mr. Evans' career began in late 2004 when he founded Total Airport Services, LLC. After a competitor acquired his previous company, he established his own firm just 18 days later with 9 people and a small contract at San Francisco International Airport. Under his leadership as chief executive officer until 2016, Total Airport Services expanded to 10 operating locations across the country and 2,100 people. This was a milestone he regards as his most significant business achievement and one of the most notable accomplishments in aviation services. The company provided critical support for both international and domestic airlines in passenger services and the cargo business, reflecting his ability to identify industry needs and deliver effective solutions.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Evans built an extensive career in airport management following his retirement from the United States Air Force. He managed 16 airports worldwide, including five in Australia, three in Bolivia, Terminal 3 in Toronto, several locations across the United States and Luton Airport in London. This global experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of aviation operations and logistics that he continues to utilize in his many projects with Corporate Capture.
Mr. Evans' military service, which has played a central role in his life and career, is marked by exceptional achievement. Serving for 26 years in the United States Air Force, he rapidly rose to the rank of colonel and retired as wing commander at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. Earlier in his journey, he commanded several bases in Panama and held key assignments with the Joint Staff from 1991 to 1994 and as captain at the Pentagon from 1981 to 1985. His military background instilled a lifelong commitment to excellence and strategic leadership that has defined his subsequent business endeavors in the aviation sector and beyond.
Before venturing onto his military path, Mr. Evans pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from Arizona State University. Later he also earned a master's degree in human resources management from Gonzaga University in 1976. To augment his credentials and technical expertise with Corporate Capture, he is certified as a drone pilot and a professional photographer and holds a Part 107 License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Reflecting on his storied journey, Mr. Evans attributes his success to a willingness to take on any task necessary for organizational success — whether brewing coffee or making copies — demonstrating a longstanding humility alongside his executive capability. His entry into the drone industry was motivated by both financial resources and a lifelong passion for aviation and photography, transforming personal interests into successful business ventures.
Happily married for over 50 years and a proud father of two adult children, Mr. Evans is a deeply devoted family man. His son, Brigadier General Nicholas Evans, serves as deputy commandant of the United States Air Force Academy and is noted as one of the youngest officers to achieve this rank. Meanwhile, his daughter Danielle has followed in her father's leadership footsteps by serving as vice president within his company.
Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Evans enjoys traveling and photography — pursuits that complement his business interests — and is dedicated to expanding Corporate Capture into additional locations. His journey reflects a lifelong legacy of service, adaptability and an unwavering commitment to excellence in everything he does.
