MILWAUKEE, WI, December 15, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William T. Morales has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Marked by his expertise in production training, safety compliance and mental health crisis support, Mr. Morales has led a distinguished career of over four decades across multiple industries. Since 2022, he has served as the operations training manager at Wixon — a leading provider of food and beverage ingredients such as seasonings, spices and menu solutions — where he is responsible for ensuring that everyone involved in food production adheres to standard operating procedures and safety protocols. His role includes reviewing sanitation processes in collaboration with quality assurance teams, developing new steps and procedures based on current practices and onboarding new employees with a focus on comprehensive safety training.

Through his efforts at Wixon, Mr. Morales has created a team of training coordinators to assist with instruction, implemented a floor certification process for lockout tagout procedures and designed an eight-week training program for new hires. He also audits daily activities to ensure compliance, monitors record keeping and training requirements and develops innovative training methods tailored to the unique needs of the industry.

A significant highlight of Mr. Morales' tenure at Wixon is his outreach and support for individuals experiencing mental health crises. As the primary contact for mental health support within the organization, he connects individuals with essential services and offers personal guidance during times of need. Long dedicated to helping others, he regards this work as the most meaningful accomplishment of his career.

Prior to joining Wixon, Mr. Morales excelled as a regional trainer at Allied Universal from 2021 to 2022, where he developed and delivered corporate training programs focused on security operations and safety compliance. He also spent three years as a crisis intervention team certified coordinator for the Wisconsin affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), providing leadership in mental health crisis response and supporting community education and understanding.

From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Morales held the position of training specialist at G4S Secure Solutions (USA), where he was responsible for designing and implementing corporate instructional programs that emphasized safety, security protocols and professional development.

Mr. Morales' earlier career includes extensive service in law enforcement. As a police officer from 2010 to 2016, he was assigned to the crisis intervention team for the City of Milwaukee, specializing in de-escalation techniques and mental health crisis management. Serving as a police officer with the Milwaukee Police Department from 1988 to 2016, he held various assignments including mayoral executive protection officer from 2006 to 2008 and tactical unit officer from 1996 to 2003. Widely renowned for his ability to communicate with citizens and colleagues across many cultural lines and socioeconomic backgrounds, he became known for his leadership in public safety, problem solving and effective organizational management.

Coordinating efforts to reduce gun violence in the community, Mr. Morales contributed as a regional coordinator for Mayors Against Illegal Guns through the City of Milwaukee Health Department from 2008 to 2010. A member of the executive protection unit, he oversaw mayoral management activities, prepared highly sensitive reports and intelligence data and conducted performance reviews to ensure the highest standard of safety and operations.

Also a decorated veteran of the United States Navy, Mr. Morales served as an inactive ready reserve member from 1991 to 1996 after active duty as a hospital corpsman second class from 1983 to 1992. Throughout his military career, he demonstrated commitment and leadership — including roles in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield, where he served as the senior Non-Commissioned Officer of a medical detachment for a USMC infantry company — Fox Company 2/24 Marines. His service would later inform his approach in his civilian roles. His outstanding contributions to the Navy saw him recognized with several accolades, including the Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.

Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning and growth, Mr. Morales is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Arizona Global Campus. To augment his knowledge of safety management and training development, he is certified as both an advanced bleeding control instructor and a cardiopulmonary resuscitation automated external defibrillator (CPR AED) first aid instructor by the Health & Safety Institute. He also holds credentials as a de-escalation and non-escalation instructor, a practical and tactical handcuffing (PATH) instructor through and a private security officer.

Reflecting on his multidisciplinary career, Mr. Morales attributes his success to determination, grit, perseverance, and a strong belief in himself and his faith — qualities that have enabled him to overcome challenges and serve the needs of others across diverse professional fields. His initial involvement in law enforcement and military service laid much of the groundwork for his subsequent achievements in leadership, safety compliance, and mental health advocacy.

Happily married and a proud father, Mr. Morales is a devoted family man and takes pride in the accomplishments of his four grown children. One stepson is preparing to join the military as an officer after finishing college, the oldest son is advancing towards an electrician apprenticeship, his oldest stepdaughter is working towards a master's degree in psychology, and the younger stepdaughter recently graduated with honors in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is working for a major marketing firm.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Morales intends to ensure that the training platforms he is developing at Wixon remain sustainable and effective beyond his tenure. He also aims to transition into consulting, focusing on training development and mental health crisis intervention across multiple industries. Equally committed to giving back to his community, he plans to remain active after retirement by supporting organizations and individuals through his expertise, leadership, and steadfast dedication to safety.
