His expertise in heavy equipment has been instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining high safety standards within the organization.

From 2023 to 2024, he was a branch manager at H&E Equipment Services, Inc., where he managed branch operations, supervised staff and ensured customer satisfaction. His leadership was further demonstrated during his tenure as branch manager at Safety-Kleen from 2021 to 2023, where he oversaw environmental services and compliance. Concurrently he focused on continuous improvement initiatives and enhanced safety protocols and operational processes. In 2020, he served as lead lube driver at Pilot Thomas Logistics, where he managed fuel and lubrication logistics for industrial clients. His role as crew pusher at Frank's International N.V. from 2018 to 2019 involved supervising drilling crews and ensuring adherence to safety standards in oilfield operations.

From 2017 to 2018, Mr. Kerbo contributed to youth development as a youth leader at Rite of Passage, guiding young individuals in personal growth and leadership. From 2016 to 2017, he was a division manager at Hammer Construction Inc., directing construction projects and managing teams to deliver quality results. His experience as area manager at Badger Daylighting Inc. from 2013 to 2016 included overseeing hydro-excavation services and maintaining client relationships. In 2013, Mr. Kerbo was the lead fuel tech at Thomas Petroleum, where he managed fuel distribution operations. His earlier experience as lead operator at Weatherford from 2008 to 2012 provided him with comprehensive knowledge in drilling, production, completion services and refining within the oil and gas industry, a field in which he has accumulated 12 years of experience and considers his most notable professional achievement. Additionally, from 2010 to 2011, he served as an RJS3 shift leader at Foss Lake Adventure Program, where he supervised shift operations and ensured program effectiveness.

Mr. Kerbo is the first in his family to attend and graduate from college, a milestone that underscores his dedication to education and personal advancement. He earned a master's degree in recreation management and natural resources from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma, in 2014. He previously completed a bachelor's degree in criminal justice in 2013. Throughout his academic journey, Mr. Kerbo attended traditional classes while working on drilling rigs, consistently maintaining good attendance and earning honors despite working at least 80 hours per week.

Mr. Kerbo's commitment to professional development is further demonstrated by his pursuit of the Certified Safety Professional certification. He also earned several industry certifications, including the WorkKeys Platinum certification from ACT in 2019, the DOT supervisor in drug and alcohol certification from OSHA in 2014, the Safeland Safe Gulf certification from PEC Premier in 2013 and the Hazwoper 24-hour certification from Clean Harbors. He attributes his success to his family's unwavering support and personal drive.

Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Mr. Kerbo is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic activities. Since 2006, he has served as a student ambassador for People to People Student Travel. He has also volunteered with Autism Speaks and the Suicide Prevention Foundation since 2010, and lends his support to at risk and troubled youth, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to community service. Additionally, he has participated in philanthropic initiatives with Phi Delta Theta Fraternity since 2009.

Mr. Kerbo enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and hiking and spending quality time with his family. Looking ahead, he plans to obtain his Certified Safety Professional certification, pursue a doctoral degree, and earn additional professional certifications.
