Mr. Santhanam began his Oracle career in 1993 as Senior Director of Consulting Services, a role in which he led transformative consulting engagements across multiple industries. He earned an Executive MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in 2019, an MBA from Michigan State University in 2010, and a Master of Science from the University of Michigan in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, which laid the foundation for his technical and analytical capabilities.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is engaged in community service, having volunteered at schools for the blind and senior living centers and serving as a long-time blood donor. His contributions were recognized with the Volunteer Service Award in 2007.
