In his dual role as CFO and CAO, he oversees international finance, accounting, IT, and administrative operations across multiple continents. He leads strategic financial planning, manages capital relationships, directs foreign exchange and operational risk management, and negotiates major global contracts.

Under his leadership, PAC executed a comprehensive technology transformation that modernized its travel, expense management, accounting, and reporting systems—positioning the company for sustainable, data-driven growth.

Developing People and Purpose

Mr. Firoozi's leadership philosophy centers on building both capability and character. He established a leadership development program to cultivate future executives, launched an AI task force to guide responsible technology adoption, and spearheaded a philanthropic initiative supporting organizations such as World Central Kitchen.

Before joining The PAC Group, Mr. Firoozi held leadership roles in major financial institutions. He served as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase from 2008 to 2011 following 11 years with Washington Mutual Bank, where he advanced to Vice President and Financial Center Manager. He later joined Logix Federal Credit Union as a Financial Center Manager, where he led branch operations, staff development, and new-build implementations.

These formative experiences built the operational discipline and client-focused perspective that underpin his strategic leadership today.

Education, Credentials, and Community Engagement

Mr. Firoozi holds a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Pre-Law from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA in Finance from California State University, Northridge. He is currently a CFA candidate and has completed certification from ExecRank's Financial Oversight Advisory Council, underscoring his commitment to governance excellence.

A member of the Forbes Finance Council and the CFO Leadership Council in both Los Angeles and Detroit, Mr. Firoozi is also an active mentor through Everwise (now Torch) and a supporter of civic and philanthropic initiatives in his community.
