Prior to these appointments, Mr. Culp spent three years as a premium auditor with Overland Solutions Inc., an EXL Company, from 2015 to 2018. In this role, he conducted detailed audits of insurance premiums to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This experience built upon his earlier tenure as a premium auditor with Information Providers Inc. in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area in 2006, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting principles and audit methodologies over the course of nine years.

Mr. Culp's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with an emphasis in business administration and U.S. history from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, earned in 1989. In addition to his formal degrees, he holds the risk management professional certification (RIMS-CRMP) from The Risk Management Society®, valid from 2025 to 2027. This credential underscores Mr. Culp's commitment to maintaining high standards within the field of risk management.
