He began as staff and advanced through senior manager positions from 1983 to 1995, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to client service and professional excellence. In 1995, he was named partner, a position he held until his retirement in 2017. During his tenure as a partner, Mr. Bartlett provided strategic guidance to large multinational Fortune 500 companies across various offices, earning recognition for his leadership and expertise in complex business environments. His ability to deliver high-quality results and foster strong client relationships became hallmarks of his career.

Mr. Bartlett's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business earned in 1982.
