As Chief of Staff, she has helped translate strategic direction into coordinated action, enabling leaders to navigate change, accelerate progress on system goals and maintain focus on patient-centered outcomes amid an evolving health care landscape.

Prior to joining Advocate Health Care, Nathan held senior strategy and operations roles at other health care systems, including Ascension and Sutter Health, as well as earlier leadership positions in health care planning and consulting. Across these roles, she developed a reputation for building high-performing teams, guiding large-scale initiatives, and aligning clinical, operational, and financial priorities in support of sustainable growth and access to care.

A globally experienced health care strategist, Nathan has worked with organizations in the United States and internationally, bringing a broad perspective on health system design, delivery, and innovation. Having lived and worked across multiple countries and cultures, she applies a global lens to her leadership while remaining deeply focused on local impact.

Nathan holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, a Master of Architecture, with a specialization in Health Systems Design from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai. She has completed advanced executive training through the Chief of Staff Association Program at Harvard Business School and holds professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and AI in Health Care. Beyond her professional achievements, Nathan is committed to civic engagement, volunteering with organizations such as Asha for Education and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. She is also a certified yoga instructor and is deeply committed to advancing access to care globally, with long-term plans to establish a charitable organization focused on expanding care in underserved communities.
