In addition to his law enforcement career, Mr. Rosenthal is a United States Marine Corps veteran, having served as a military police officer. Following his retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Rosenthal founded Altitude Risk Mitigation, LLC, a professional training and consulting firm established in 2019. His work focuses on critical incident response, tactical leadership, interagency integration, workplace violence prevention, and human performance under stress.
