Marked by her commitment to patient advocacy, education and innovative care, Ms. Steele has built a prominent career in nursing with a focus on wellness and natural healing. In 2025, she founded Revive & Rejuvenate Wellness LLC, a clinic that offers a range of services including cryotherapy, thermotherapy and electrical stimulation with the goal of managing pain and addressing cosmetic concerns. Through this venture, she is dedicated to educating patients throughout the Keokuk, Iowa, community and beyond about their health and empowering them to pursue their wellness goals.

Since 2018, Ms. Steele has also held the position of registered nurse with Triage Staffing, where she provides care for patients presenting with a variety of health concerns and is recognized for her ability to educate individuals and families on best practices for maintaining their well-being.

Prior to joining Triage Staffing, Ms. Steele worked as a flight nurse with Air — a role that required advanced clinical skills as well as the ability to provide critical care in high-pressure environments. Her decision to transition away from flight nursing was influenced by her pregnancy with her youngest child, which prompted her to seek a safer work environment while continuing her devotion to providing emergency medicine.

Ms. Steele began her professional journey in 2009 as a nurse on Progressive Care Unit in Quincy Illinois at Blessing Hospital and in 2015 she worked closer to home as an emergency nurse at Fort Madison Hospital, now known as Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center. She continued to aid the facility in an as-needed capacity until 2025, demonstrating her long-term commitment to service and versatility within the field of emergency nursing.

Hailing from an equally impressive academic background, Ms. Steele earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in psychology and law from Western Illinois University. Her education has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both clinical practice and the psychological aspects of patient care, enhancing her effectiveness as a health care provider and business owner.

To enhance her knowledge and expertise, Ms. Steele is licensed as a registered nurse and practical nurse and it all started by being certified as an emergency medical technician. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she is pursuing laser certification and training in polydioxanone (PDO) threading through the National Laser Institute to further expand the range of services offered at Revive & Rejuvenate Wellness.

Throughout her life, Ms. Steele has credited much of her success to the influence of her mother and father. Now with a supportive family and a proud mother of three children herself, she acknowledges that the values instilled by her parents have played a significant role in shaping her character and guiding her professional path.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Steele aims to expand Revive & Rejuvenate Wellness over the next five to 10 years while sharing her medical and leadership knowledge with others who aspire to achieve similar success. She remains committed to encouraging individuals to pursue their passions — whether in nursing or other fields — and continues to serve as an advocate for patient-centered care within the Keokuk community and the health care sector at large.
