MILILANI, HI, December 27, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Three exceptional employees from IHOP Hawaii are being recognized for their quick thinking and courageous response during a potentially dangerous incident at Town Center of Mililani—an act that helped prevent significant damage and ensured the safety of the community.

Liane, Jourdan, and Brandy, team members at IHOP Mililani, are being honored as part of the 2025 Pineapple Drop New Year's Eve Celebration, one of Central Oʻahu's most anticipated annual events. The recognition follows an incident in which a random individual set a decorative pineapple on fire in the loading dock area. The trio reacted immediately, extinguishing the flames before the fire could spread and preventing damage to the building and surrounding businesses.

Town Center of Mililani selected the three IHOP employees for special recognition during this year's Pineapple Drop celebration as they unveil their newly designed pineapple—highlighting the employees' calm decision-making, teamwork, and commitment to protecting others.
