He ensures the functionality of voice, text and electronic medical record systems supporting peer services and plays a pivotal role in strategy development and fundraising amid significant funding challenges. Prior to these roles, Mr. Lewandowski was a fractional strategy and operations consultant for the Mental Health Association of San Francisco from 2024 to 2025, providing critical guidance during a period of organizational transition. From 2022 to 2024, he served as vice president on the board of directors for the same organization, contributing to governance and long-term planning.

Building on this foundation, Mr. Lewandowski's tenure at ZEISS Medical Technology marked a significant phase in his career development. As senior manager of post-merger integrations from 2023 to 2025, Mr. Lewandowski led complex integration projects following acquisitions, leveraging his 2023 certification as a post-merger integration specialist from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances. He earned a Master of Health Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy in Los Angeles in 2019 after completing a graduate degree in orthotics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, awarded in 2006.

Complementing his formal degrees, Mr. Lewandowski's professional credentials include certification as a post-merger integration specialist from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances in 2023 and the CSBI, CHFP and CSPPM designations from the Healthcare Financial Management Association in 2021.
