In addition to his work in legal pricing and finance, Mr. Frameli has built a strong foundation in real estate. He earned his Pennsylvania real estate license in 2025 and is a licensed realtor with Realty ONE Group Platinum. Separately, he has been actively building his own real estate portfolio since 2022, gaining hands-on experience in acquisition and investment strategy. Within three years, he achieved the milestone of purchasing more than one million dollars in real estate, a testament to his proficiency, disciplined financial approach, and commitment to excellence. Since 2016, he has volunteered at a local food bank and annually donates toys for underprivileged children through his church during the holiday season.
