From 1993 to 2010, Mr. Adwell served as project manager at Solutions in Annapolis, Maryland. Over these 17 years, he managed diverse projects within the cleaning sector, further refining his leadership abilities and technical knowledge. His entry into the cleaning profession was influenced by family members already established in the window cleaning business. After completing high school, he volunteered full-time and sought part-time employment to support himself. Learning the trade from relatives, he quickly realized the potential for earning a good income in a short period and decided to pursue a long-term career in the industry.

Throughout his career, Mr. Adwell has attributed his success to making business decisions grounded in personal principles and values. He also credits key relationships with individuals who shared valuable business insights that he effectively applied within his own company.

Mr. Adwell's professional achievements have been recognized through several awards, including Super Service Awards from Angie's List (now Angi) and Best of Annapolis in 2021. Additionally, he maintains involvement with civic-minded organizations such as Jehovah's Witnesses.
