His academic background has been instrumental in shaping his career achievements. Dr. Stailey earned a Doctor Computer Science, with a focus on Information Assurance, from Colorado Technical University in 2015, equipping him with advanced research skills and technical knowledge essential for leadership roles in technology-driven organizations. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Security Management from Colorado Technical University, awarded in 2010, which provided him with specialized expertise in safeguarding digital assets and managing complex security infrastructures.

In addition, Dr. Stailey completed a Master of Science in Information Systems at the University of Phoenix in 2003, further broadening his understanding of integrated technology solutions and organizational information needs. His foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University, conferred in 1996, which laid the groundwork for his analytical approach to problem-solving and innovation.
