VICTORIA, KS, January 09, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dan Rogers has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Rogers is the owner of Olympus Performance, a fully remote personal coaching and wellness business he established in 2025. Drawing on his extensive background in sports science, nutrition and performance programming, he provides online services to athletes and busy adults, with plans to eventually open a physical facility for performance training and coaching. His approach is distinguished by an unfiltered, science-based methodology that prioritizes authenticity, results and genuine relationships with clients, no matter their location. He also maintains a partnership with NWKS Premier Golf, exploring opportunities for expansion. The creation of Olympus Performance followed a period of significant professional and personal challenge, marking a pivotal achievement in his career as he committed fully to his passion for education, coaching and helping others reach their potential.
Prior to launching his business, Mr. Rogers served as assistant principal at Victoria High School from 2023 to 2025. In this capacity, he broadened his impact by supporting teachers and shaping school culture. He led innovative initiatives such as the early adoption of a districtwide cell phone ban and the development of "Learning Labs," a passion-based learning model that exposed students to real-world skills beyond traditional coursework. These efforts earned both local and national recognition for their forward-thinking approach to education.
From 2020 to 2025, Mr. Rogers was athletic director at Victoria High School. During his tenure, he built statewide connections and oversaw successful athletic programs, leveraging strong school leadership to enhance student participation and achievement across multiple sports.
Between 2016 and 2024, Mr. Rogers held dual roles as physical education/health teacher and strength and conditioning coach at Victoria High School. He contributed significantly to the district by transforming its limited off-season program into a comprehensive year-round strength, conditioning and sports performance model. Notably, he created a girls' program that greatly expanded participation and success among female athletes.
Mr. Rogers began his coaching career at Victoria High School as football coach from 2012 to 2021 while still completing his college studies. He played an instrumental role in leading two teams to state championships, establishing himself as a dedicated educator and mentor within the community.
His academic foundation includes a Master of Science in educational leadership and administration from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas, earned in 2022; a Master of Science in sports administration from Fort Hays State University in 2016; and holds a dual Bachelor of Science in secondary education and health and human performance from Fort Hays State University in 2013. These degrees have been integral to Mr. Rogers' success as an educator, coach and administrator, equipping him with the knowledge required to implement effective programs and lead innovative initiatives.
Mr. Rogers holds certification as a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National High School Strength Coaches Association, where he has also serves on the state board for Kansas. This credential has supported his work in developing high-quality strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes, contributing to the advancement of strength coaching standards across the region.
Mr. Rogers attributes his achievements to the influence of his parents and the principle of being a lifelong learner—constantly reflecting on experiences, adapting strategies when necessary and remaining open-minded in response to changing environments. This philosophy has shaped both his coaching methods and administrative practices, allowing him to evolve alongside the needs of those he serves.
Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Rogers enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, working out, playing the drums and listening to music. He enjoys the challenge of home improvement projects, including remodeling and woodworking, and is an avid supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Looking ahead, Mr. Rogers aims to establish Olympus Performance as a recognized brand known for delivering positive results through science-based coaching methods across the nation. He envisions eventually expanding his business with a dedicated facility while maintaining an active presence in his children's lives as they grow.
