Mrs. Bailey holds a certification in barbering from K. J.'s Beauty and Barber College, obtained in 2005. She also completed coursework in music technology and theory at Indiana University, Indianapolis in 2016, which contributed to her creative approach to her work. Additionally, she enrolled in paralegal studies at Indiana Business College in 2003, where she earned valuable organizational and administrative skills that have informed her business operations.

Mrs. Bailey attributes her success to mindfulness regarding personal habits and lifestyle choices, and she credits her faith for enabling her to persevere. She views barbering not merely as an occupation but as a calling, embracing the responsibility to represent herself with integrity and striving for excellence. Deeply invested in community engagement, Mrs. Bailey wish is to partner with the local school district to establish apprenticeship programs for students, aiming to create vocational opportunities for aspiring young barbers. Her shop honors first responders and military personnel daily, a tribute inspired by her grandfather's service (Floyd Alvin Starks Jr) during the Korean War.

Mrs. Bailey is devoted to her family and achieves balance by writing poetry, traveling, reading and spending time with loved ones.
