SNOHOMISH, WA, January 12, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chelvis Marshall has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Chelvis "CJ" Marshall is an Enterprise Account Executive at Siemens, leading strategic initiatives for large, complex industrial and infrastructure customers nationwide. He began his career at Siemens as a construction sales intern and advanced to senior account executive in electrical services in 2023, where he delivered exceptional results and was appointed a national brand ambassador for electrical engineering. Recognized within the top one percent of his field in record time, he operates at the enterprise level overseeing safety compliance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning partners and operations leaders in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. His leadership style is disciplined and execution focused, shaped by extensive experience across both military and corporate environments.

In addition to his corporate leadership role, Mr. Marshall serves as an executive consultant with Marshall Solutions Group, advising small and mid-sized businesses on operational scaling, leadership development, and long-term growth strategy.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Mr. Marshall served in the United States Navy, advancing to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer in ten years, becoming one of the youngest to achieve that distinction. From 2022 to 2023, he served as Engineering Program Advisor (Top Snipe) aboard the USS McCampbell (DDG 85), where he led an engineering department of approximately 150 sailors and played a vital role in ship wide coordination and operational readiness. During earlier naval service, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for heroic actions during a major engineering-space fire aboard the USS Hue City, where decisive leadership and teamwork prevented loss of life during a high-risk incident at sea.

Mr. Marshall began his naval career as a gas turbine electrical technician, developing foundational expertise in electrical systems, propulsion alarms, and integrated shipboard controls. He later transitioned into recruiting, serving as a recruiter and subsequently recruiting manager with Navy Recruiting Command and Navy Talent Acquisition Group Houston. In this capacity, he led high-performing operations that included a recruiting station recognized as Recruiting Station of the Year and contributed to a division awarded Division of the Year. Prior to his military service, he worked in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning alongside his father in Houston, gaining early exposure to skilled trades and technical services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Marshall has received formal awards and decorations including Top Salesperson at Siemens, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

Mr. Marshall is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in management and operations at Syracuse University Whitman School of Management, a globally recognized institution for business education, with an expected graduation in 2026. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in business administration and management from Post University in 2023 during his active- duty military service. His technical education includes training at Surface Warfare Engineering School and completion of the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Propulsion Engineer Course.

A member of Universal Grand Lodge No. 1, Mr. Marshall also serves as president of War Paint Collective, a nonprofit organization that uses evidence-informed arts programming to support mental health, workforce development, and community reintegration for military members, veterans, and their families.

Mr. Marshall attributes his success to discipline, resilience, and ambition, values shaped by early work experience beginning at age 16 and reinforced through military service and executive leadership roles. Outside of his professional endeavors, he values time with his spouse and their son and enjoys boating and personal projects. Looking ahead, Mr. Marshall plans to expand his consulting and real estate development efforts, with an emphasis on affordable housing initiatives and supporting veterans in their transition to civilian and professional life.
