Since 2009, he has served as an associate broker at ERA Young Realty & Investment, where he has demonstrated expertise in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Before becoming a broker, Mr. Cantrill gained expertise as a realtor with ERA, beginning in 1997, and built a reputation for integrity and results-driven service. He also served as president of Realty Executives, Payson & the Pines, from 2002 to 2008, during which he led the company through a period of expansion and innovation in real estate services.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Cantrill excelled as the director of contracts at the Resolution Trust Corporation's Valley Forge office. In this capacity, he managed complex contractual agreements. His federal service spanned over 25 years with the U.S. Department of Defense, where he held positions supporting the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and Defense Logistics Agency at various locations across the U.S. Rising through the ranks from intern trainee to senior executive service, he is particularly proud of his advancement within civil service and his leadership roles in government operations. Beyond his corporate career, Mr. Cantrill spent 10 years as a professor at the University of Phoenix, sharing his expertise with future leaders.

Mr. Cantrill honorably served his country, including service in the Army artillery during the Vietnam conflict. He also attended college, graduating with a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb in 1968 and a Master of Arts in organizational management with a focus on business from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1991. Furthermore, Mr. Cantrill received several professional credentials reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in real estate practice, including a graduate of the Realtor Institute, a real estate license and a residential specialist certification.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cantrill has been recognized for his leadership within industry organizations. He served as the president of two chapters of the National Contract Management Association. He also served as the treasurer of the Central Arizona Association of Realtors, where he led the finance committee and collaborated with executive officers and staff to plan the annual budget, ensuring the nonprofit's financial stability and supporting approximately 450 realtor members in Payson, Arizona. Mr. Cantrill also served on the organization's board of directors for two decades.

Civic engagement has also been central to Mr. Cantrill's life. Alongside his wife, Barbara Zirinsky, an accomplished sculptor who teaches at a community college, he participates in fundraising events benefiting organizations, such as the Humane Society and Rim Country Artists. He has also contributed to community-focused projects, such as Realtors Help Deliver Food, which highlights local realtors' efforts to support those in need during the holidays. Previously, Mr. Cantrill served as the president of his local Rotary Club and was elected three times as the president of the Masonic Shrine Club.

Among Mr. Cantrill's honors was his participation in an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C., to recognize his military service and contributions to his country. He attributes his enduring success to unwavering honesty and integrity, values that have guided every aspect of his life and career.
