He has been with DRRT since 2010 and currently serves as Managing Director. Over the course of 16 years with the firm, he has played a central role in expanding DRRT's international presence, particularly in Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. He has leveraged his deep understanding of European legal systems, multilingual capabilities, and experience advising institutional investors to guide clients through complex cross-border matters and European regulatory frameworks. He continues to oversee international litigation strategy, collaborate with partner firms across multiple jurisdictions, and support the firm's ongoing legal and operational excellence.

Mr. Gulino began his legal career at Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. in 2005, where he was recruited for his legal training, language proficiency, and understanding of the Italian legal system. This experience shaped the foundation of his career in multinational securities litigation and investor protection.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gulino has earned recognition for managing complex litigation spanning multiple jurisdictions and for advancing investor rights globally. He is an active member of several industry organizations, including Mensa International, the International Corporate Governance Network, and AIGLI.

His academic background includes a Juris Doctor in International Law and a Master of Public and International Affairs in Global Political Economy from the University of Pittsburgh, both earned in 2004. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in French and Italian from Villanova University and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Western European Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Gulino is deeply engaged in civic, educational, and cultural leadership. He serves as Vice Chair International of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), sits on the Boards of Directors for the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County and the Florida Grand Opera, serves on the Board of Advisors for the Rome City Institute, and has been a Trustee of The American University of Rome.

In recognition of his contributions to international relations and cultural advancement, he received the Order of the Star of Italy in 2024. Outside of his career, Mr. Gulino enjoys traveling and volunteering during his personal time.
