Ms. Gauthier's earlier experience includes her tenure as a clinician at Noank Community Support Services from 2014 to 2019. From 2001 to 2014, she contributed as a residential habilitation professional at Lifespire, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence.
Her career began as a rehabilitation technician at FEGS from 1996 to 2014, where she played a vital role in supporting clients' rehabilitation journeys through personalized care plans and daily assistance.
Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Gauthier has been an active member of the social work community, including past membership in the National Association of Social Workers. She is also working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification to expand her impact in the field.

She earned a Master of Social Work from Springfield College in Springfield in 2020, equipping her with advanced knowledge and skills for clinical practice.
