In addition to his formal education, Mr. Dover is an ordained minister, a certification that reflects his commitment to service and community leadership.

Mr. Dover attributes much of his success to the influence of his grandmother, who instilled in him the importance of helping others, a value that has permeated every aspect of his life and work. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement and serves as a minister at St. John Baptist Church, where he provides spiritual guidance and support. Additionally, he thrived as a scout leader for Troop 166 with the Boy Scouts of America — now Scouting America, mentoring young men in leadership and character development. Mr. Dover's philanthropic efforts include supporting Native American schools as both a donor and advocate, as well as contributing to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
