Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis worked with an engineering consulting firm in Tallahassee, providing him with comprehensive exposure to the engineering profession and laying the groundwork for his future achievements.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Davis has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. He is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, which has enabled him to expand his professional network and contribute to the broader business community.

Mr. Davis' academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa, earned in 2014. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, completed in 1993. Notably, in 2013 Florida Governor Rick Scott appointed Julius Davis to the Board of Directors for Enterprise Florida, Inc. and the Space Florida Board of Directors, and later to the Florida Transportation Commission (FTC). He has been honored multiple times with Fast 56 Awards, including in 2015, 2017, 2020 and 2021. In addition, he was a finalist for Small Business of the Year in 2011 and 2014, was named Minority Small Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2012 and received the Minority Business of the Year award from Hillsborough County in 2011.

Outside his career, Mr. Davis enjoys spending time with family, working out and playing golf. Looking to the future, he is dedicated to expanding his company both geographically and across new markets while maintaining strong performance standards.
