Over the course of six years, Mr. Parnell excelled as a private mortgage banker in home mortgage at Wells Fargo in Charleston. He thrived in the private banking sector, relishing the complexity of client interactions and integrating mortgage banking with his skills in financial planning.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Parnell worked as a mortgage loan officer at Benchmark Home Loans from 2004 to 2011. This role provided him with foundational experience in the banking industry and further honed his skills in managing high-level client relationships.

Also known for his civic-minded contributions, Mr. Parnell serves on the advisory board of The Monka Foundation — which raises funds in support of patients and families with pediatric brain cancer — and supports both church initiatives and local schools.
