VAN ALSTYNE, TX, January 15, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nathan H. Carver has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Carver's professional journey of over three decades is marked by a diverse and accomplished career that spans several industries, with a significant focus on the mortgage sector in recent years. Since 2025, he has served as a branch manager at Premier Lending, Inc., where he supervises daily operations, mentors his team and ensures clients receive expert guidance as he connects families with their ideal home and financing strategies.

In addition to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Carver writes informative articles for the company blog, coordinates scheduled podcast appearances, oversees outbound sales efforts and collaborates with realtors, probate attorneys and finance professionals. He also leads team meetings focused on problem solving and client support. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous professional development and industry engagement, he is an active member of Veteran Mortgage Advisors as well as the Women's Council of REALTORS® Florida.

Prior to joining Premier Lending, Mr. Carver was a mortgage loan officer at Success Mortgage Partners from 2023 to 2025. In this capacity, he originated loans and built lasting relationships with clients seeking home financing solutions. His expertise in Veterans Affairs (VA) loans has long distinguished him as a trusted advisor for veterans and military families navigating the complexities of homeownership.

From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Carver contributed his skills as a mortgage loan officer at US Mortgage Lenders LLC in Frisco, Texas. During this period, he further honed his knowledge of lending products and compliance standards while expanding his professional network within the industry.

For nearly two years, Mr. Carver exceled as a mortgage loan officer at Texana Bank in Addison, Texas. Here, he played an integral role in helping clients secure financing tailored to their needs while maintaining high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Before entering the mortgage field, Mr. Carver was a business development manager at MediaMerge — a digital architecture and design firm that specializes in audio, video and lighting systems — from 2015 to 2019. In this role, he identified new market opportunities and cultivated partnerships with advertising managers that contributed to the company's growth.

From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Carver served as an account executive at Mercury Flight, where he managed key accounts and delivered solutions that were tailored to the objectives of his clients. Gaining valuable experience in lead generation, networking and expanding market territories, he achieved and then sustained an annual sales growth of 9% for the company. His early career included a year as the plant manager at Dan-Loc Group — which manufactures gears and components for the global oil and gas industry — from 2008 to 2009, during which he oversaw manufacturing operations and ensured quality control.

Mr. Carver's foundational experience was shaped by his distinguished service as a captain in the United States Army from 1991 to 2008. During his tenure, he oversaw logistics movements from the United States to Colombia and spearheaded a $1.2 million reconstruction project in support of the citizens of Iraq. His time in the military instilled discipline, leadership and resilience — qualities that have informed every subsequent role he has undertaken and influenced his collaborative approach to projects. In recognition of his exemplary service, he was awarded the Bronze Star.

While serving in the Army, Mr. Carver also pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible studies with a minor in English literature from Hardin-Simmons University in 2000. Determined to make an impact outside the classroom as well, he served as president of the Greek Council and was a member of the Student Orientation Steering Committee.

The trajectory of Mr. Carver's career was influenced by a chance encounter after he retired from the Army and returned to Florida. While driving for Uber as a means of income and flexibility during a transitional period in his life, he met a passenger who owned a mortgage bank. Their conversation led to an invitation for Mr. Carver to pursue a mortgage license in 2020 and join the company, thus launching his successful career in mortgage lending.

Reflecting on his storied journey thus far, Mr. Carver attributes much of his success to surrounding himself with individuals who share his values and ambitions professionally, personally and spiritually. He believes strongly in the principle that a person is shaped by those closest to them — a philosophy that has guided both his career choices and personal growth.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Carver is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He is involved with organizations such as Canopy of Hope and Carrollton Young Life, supporting initiatives that benefit youth and families in need as well as faith-based missions.

Among Mr. Carver's most meaningful personal accomplishments is cultivating an extensive garden each year that provides fresh produce — including tomatoes, turnips, okra and beans — for 60 to 70 families on a first-come, first-served basis. This effort not only sustains his own family but also addresses food insecurity within his community by sharing preserved harvests with those who need it most, furthering his passion for helping others through everything he does.

In his personal life, Mr. Carver enjoys sailing, fishing and gardening during his leisure time — pursuits that reflect both his love for nature and commitment to self-sufficiency. Looking toward the future, he aims to expand his mortgage team at Premier Lending while maintaining his emphasis on charitable giving through dedicated contributions to philanthropic causes.
