She advanced through roles of increasing responsibility at Siemens Healthineers, beginning as Zone Business Manager for X-Ray Products (2015–2018), then serving as Area Vice President of Advanced Therapies (2018–2022), and culminating as Vice President of Surgery and Mobile C-Arms for North America (2022–2024). Throughout her tenure, she directly managed diverse, high-performing teams and drove consistent growth across every business she led through strategic execution and operational excellence.

Her earlier experience includes several roles at Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA Inc., where she began as territory manager from 2008 to 2010, advancing to channel manager from 2010 to 2012 and then moving into business development from 2012 to 2015. These positions allowed Ms. Grandominico to refine her skills in sales, relationship management and strategic planning.

Ms. Grandominico's professional journey began at iPRO, a company specializing in PACS systems, during a pivotal time when X-rays were transitioning from film to digital images. Leveraging her background in computer science, she quickly excelled in conducting sales demonstrations and closing deals, which laid the foundation for her future success in healthcare sales and operations.

Throughout her career, Ms. Grandominico has demonstrated a commitment to ethical leadership and personal development. As a leader, Ms. Grandominico excels at identifying each employee's unique Zone of Genius and intentionally aligning roles and responsibilities to amplify those strengths, driving both individual fulfillment and organizational excellence.

Ms. Grandominico's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in management information systems from Dalton State College in 2004. She earned both degrees while working full-time and received a full academic scholarship for her undergraduate studies. In addition to her formal education, she holds a Six Sigma black belt certification from Smarter Solutions Inc., obtained in 2014.

She attributes much of her success to investing in personal growth through executive coaching and mentorship, surrounding herself with individuals who challenge her constructively while offering honest feedback.
