Overseeing all daily operations, he manages scheduling and crew assignments and works directly with customers to assess needs, prepare estimates and address service concerns.

Often actively involved in hands-on installation work, particularly for complex or corrective projects. Mr. Meredith supports real estate transactions by ensuring the timely repair or replacement of damaged glass parts pertaining to windows, shower glass, mirrors and decorative pieces. He manages mutable commercial accounts — including providing specialized glass services for Robins Air Force Base Civil Engineering — and promotes his business through networking, customer engagement and local marketing initiatives.

Prior to founding The Glass Guru of Warner Robins, Mr. Meredith spent eight years at Flint Energies, an electrical power company based in Georgia. He specialized in system operations during this time, leveraging the technical skills he acquired during his military service to work effectively in substations and manage various aspects of the power grid.

Concurrently with his civilian career, Mr. Meredith served in the Georgia Air National Guard for 20 years beginning in 1984. His military tenure included nine years of active duty before he returned to the Guard until the conclusion of his service. As a certified technician in cable and antenna installation and maintenance for the United States Air Force, he played a critical role during multiple overseas deployments.

Notably, during the Gulf War period, Mr. Meredith was part of a mission to enforce a no-fly zone over northern Iraq that led to his deployment in Aviano, Italy where he helped establish a base for aircraft operations. Stationed in Turkey at the outbreak of the first Gulf War, he was actively involved in various operations that supported the United States' interests abroad.

When the second Gulf War began, Mr. Meredith was activated in the Air National Guard and initially sent to Germany to help set up an Air Warfare Center. His subsequent assignments took him to Bahrain and Kuwait, where he earned an Commendation Medal and a Meritorious Service metal for exemplary service during Operation Enduring Freedom. His dedication throughout these deployments saw him recognized with several honors including the Hometown Hero award from General Craig R. McKinley, Chief of the National Guard Bureau, in 2006.

Also recognized for his civilian achievements with The Glass Guru of Warner Robins, Mr. Meredith has been spotlighted by features in the Houston Home Journal in 2014 as well as G.I. Jobs magazine in 2024. He has also received industry accolades such as Best of Middle Georgia in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2024 and 2025, Best of the Best honors in 2020 and 2021 and was nominated by The Glass Guru Franchise as a Distinguished Guru in 2024.

Before venturing onto his entrepreneurial path, Mr. Meredith completed an associate degree in Electronics Technology at Middle Georgia Technical College in Warner Robins in 2006. This academic foundation provided him with essential technical knowledge that contributed significantly to his success both as a military technician and as a business owner specializing in advanced glass solutions.
