He completed a fellowship in child neurology at Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, University Hospitals & Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
Furthermore, he completed two additional fellowships at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan: one in epilepsy and a second in clinical neurophysiology with a focus on EEG. He holds board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology, as well as in the subspecialty of Epilepsy.
Beyond his clinical duties, Dr. Thati Ganganna serves as the Director of the Epilepsy Fellowship program, where he leads the training of future specialists. His academic contributions include publications in journals such as Stroke, Epilepsy & Behavior Case Reports, Clinical Pediatrics, and the European Journal of Paediatric Neurology. He also serves as an Associate Editor for the Epilepsy section of the Journal of Child Neurology.
