Since 2022, Ms. Kielb has served as senior consultant at Sparq, where she consults for United Parcel Service. In this role, she oversees development teams responsible for delivering customized shipping software solutions, collaborates with stakeholders to provide project status and strategic direction, and ensures client requirements are met on schedule and within scope. She is also actively involved in an internal artificial intelligence initiative at Sparq, contributing to the evaluation and selection of AI tools for enterprise implementation.

Prior to joining Sparq, Ms. Kielb was senior technical project-program leader at Apex Systems from 2021 to 2022, where she led complex technical programs for enterprise clients. From 2020 to 2021, she served as a digital project leader in a consulting capacity, managing digital transformation initiatives and guiding organizations through periods of technological change. Earlier, from 2019 to 2020, she worked as technical project manager at Managed Business Solutions, directing cross-functional projects and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Ms. Kielb spent nearly 25 years at Verizon, holding a series of progressively responsible roles. From 2016 to 2019, she served as senior project manager, overseeing large-scale initiatives that enhanced the company's digital capabilities. From 2013 to 2016, she was senior project manager in the digital marketing department, where she led the comprehensive rewrite of verizonwireless.com, transforming it into a fully automated platform. She also managed the My Verizon website through multiple iterations, guiding its evolution from early development stages into a mature digital product. From 2002 to 2013, she served as senior member of the technical staff in client account management and, concurrently from 2002 to 2004, as senior business analyst in information technology for point-of-sale systems. Her earlier roles included senior technical analyst and systems support marketing manager, and she began her career at Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile, now Verizon, as marketing systems analyst in customer service.

In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Kielb has taught project management, preparing students for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examination. She maintains active membership with the Project Management Institute.

Ms. Kielb earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master Certified, Scrum Fundamentals Certified, and an Agile Project Management Certificate from Villanova University.
