Before pivoting into consulting, Ms. Llewellyn was an enterprise resource planning expert at Lehigh Valley Health Network from 2023 to 2024. She contributed her expertise in streamlining processes and implementing solutions to enhance organizational efficiency in the health care sector. Ms. Llewellyn also excelled as a principal business consultant at the software development company symplr, where she provided strategic guidance on workforce management and operational improvements for health care clients between 2013 and 2023, originating at API Healthcare and transitioning through GE Heathcare and eventually symplr. Between 2008 and 2013, she was a senior business consultant at Lawson, which merged with Infor, a global leader in business cloud software products.

Ms. Llewellyn's academic background has been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton in 2005, followed by a Master of Science in biological sciences on campus in 2007. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Llewellyn spent a semester in Kenya focused on wildlife management, an experience that broadened her perspective on global issues and problem-solving.

Undergraduate research at the University of the Pacific consisted of the mechanical and molecular properties of black widow spider silk, resulting in winning first place at the West Coast Undergraduate Research Conference and publishing the first paper on energy storage in spider silk.

Among Ms. Llewellyn's most notable achievements has been her work with a large health care system in the Midwest. She found this collaboration highly dynamic and rewarding. To validate critical data during this project, she conducted parallel testing. During the second parallel test, which encompassed over two million hours, the results differed by only 21 hours before going live, underscoring Ms. Llewellyn's commitment to accuracy and excellence.

Ms. Llewellyn attributes much of her success to her father's encouragement, who consistently inspired her to believe in herself and her goals. Additionally, she credits her intense passion for problem-solving as a driving force behind her accomplishments.

Currently pursuing coursework in software engineering at Arizona State University in Tempe, Ms. Llewellyn intends to further expand her technical expertise to support her consulting practice. She also plans to establish a client repository focused on the effective and efficient use of data, leveraging available data through software solutions to drive improved outcomes for client organizations.
