His earlier experience includes serving as vice president of technology from 2009 to 2011, during which he oversaw business development, consulting services and product management throughout North America.

Before relocating to the United States in 2009, Mr. Donze held the position of vice president of engineering at Exalead in Paris, France, for more than eight years. Expanding the research and development sector, he led one of the most accomplished software technical teams among French technology companies in the late 2000s. The team's excellence resulted in the development of outstanding technology and fostered an environment that enabled the creation of several successful spin-off companies — a significant milestone that reflects both his technical innovation and effective team leadership.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Donze has been recognized for his inventive contributions to the technology realm with two patents: one for a system and method to provide document management on a public document system, which was awarded in 2017, and the second for a computer program product and system for creating an index of a subset of data, granted in 2007.

Before venturing onto his storied path at Exalead, Mr. Donze pursued higher education and earned a master's degree in electronics and computer science from École Polytechnique in France in 1999. This rigorous education provided him with a strong foundation in technical disciplines that have been instrumental to his success as an innovator and leader in the software industry.

Alongside his professional endeavors, Mr. Donze enjoys giving back to those in need as a board member of the PowerUP Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships and other educational opportunities for at-risk children and families in underserved communities.
